Our Shipping Policy
Products are shipped from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours and will arrive at the shipping location according to the method of delivery selected on the order form. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is placed to confirm delivery method and address. All shipping will be through UPS.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact the Flavorseal for the Home customer service line at 866-790-1678.

Product Returns
Flavorseal for the Home will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of product. Items must be returned unopened and unused, and must be accompanied by a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, please call or email our customer service department at 866-790-1678 or cmsweb@cmsflavorseal.com. We will need your order number and reason for return in order to process your request.
